It’s still winter here so I’m dreaming of hot, sunny places with this Tropical Smoothie in hand!
It’s the simple love of the sun and sand that brought me to this fruity, beachy smoothie.
This Tropical Smoothie is the perfect sip as you day-dream about lying poolside.
Filled with some of my favourite tropical flavours like mango, coconut milk and banana, this Tropical smoothie gets a berry twist with strawberries too!
Tropical Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp honey
Optional:
- 1 scoop favourite protein power
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a blender, blend and enjoy!
The honey gives this smoothie a little sweet touch and brings all of the flavours together.
To me, this Tropical Smoothie is a perfect sip anytime of the year!
