Hello from Pennsylvania, maybe these with leftover apples that I’ve had in the fridge just keeping them nice without buying the wax covered ones from the store and added some salted caramel chips to it. The mixture of the sweet salty apple flavor was delicious. Thank you so much for sharing your recipe and I think it will be one to add to our list for our yearly bake offs! Happy holidays

I went to a family gathering having brought a tray of assorted cookies and bars, a cranberry pie and a chocolate tart. These apple blondies were the hit of the party. Everyone was asking what was in them. And, they were so easy to make. Thank you for this new addition to my recipe box.

Just what I was looking for. Slightly Camry, buttery, I used a large tart green apple I used 2-3 cup of brown sugar and carmelized it with the butter. Delicious!
