It’s a bit more in the Fall flavours however you could do a chicken sausage to lighten it up to go with the turkey.

Had for thanksgiving. Was the best turkey I’ve ever had and the whole group agreed. Made for Christmas and use this recipe for chicken on a regular basis. Perfect blend of light and savory.
