Appreciate the feedback! I’m sorry to hear the peaches became quite watery but I’m glad it was still delish! It really can depend on the ripeness of the peach – super ripe peaches most likely will be a bit more watery. I’ll definitely test the recipe again and make any notes or changes if required.

In reply to Kimsedg. Glad it was still enjoyable! My top tip for brie is start with cooking it at the lower end of the recommended temperature. Let me know if that helps in the future :)

Great! My Brie melted so it wasn’t pretty but served it up anyway and everyone loved it.
