This Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie is my go-to snack recently.⁠⁠

The combination of oats, cinnamon and almond butter makes for some serious cookie flavour. It takes less than 5 minutes to make so it's perfect for busy days!⁠⁠

Here's the recipe (makes one smoothie):⁠⁠
⁠⁠
INGREDIENTS⁠⁠
1 cup almond milk⁠⁠
2 tbsp vanilla protein powder⁠⁠
2 dates, pitted⁠⁠
1 tbsp almond butter⁠⁠
1 tsp cinnamon⁠⁠
1 tsp maple syrup⁠⁠
1/3 cup oats gluten-free if desired⁠⁠
4 ice cubes⁠⁠
pinch sea salt⁠⁠
⁠⁠
INSTRUCTIONS⁠⁠
In a blender add in all of the ingredients and blend on high for 1-2 minutes until everything is well combined. ⁠⁠

These warm temps call for lemonade but let’s make it a SLUSHIE!

Using @botanicahealth NEW Turmeric Lemonade plus a few simple ingredients you can be sipping this Lemonade Slushie in the sunshine in no time ☀️ And you get the added boost of anti-inflammatory benefits of turmeric too!

Here’s how to make it:
1 cup ice cubes
1 1/2 tsp @botanicahealth Turmeric Lemonade
1/2-3/4 cup coconut or almond milk
1/4 cup water
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Blend all ingredients together until desired consistency is reached. Start with using 1/2 cup coconut or almond milk and add up to the 3/4 cup if needed. Grab a straw and enjoy!
