You need to make this simple Pear Tart this Fall season. All you need are 8 ingredients and you can have this in your table in no time. Here’s how to make it:

INGREDIENTS:
1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
2 large pears, thinly sliced
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
pinch nutmeg

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry dough into a 10 inch by 12-inch rectangle (approximately). Make a half-inch border around the tart by folding the sides of the dough, using a fork to press down. Then use the fork to make dots throughout the middle of the tart and set aside.
3. In a bowl mix together the honey, melted butter, cinnamon, nutmeg and flour. Then toss the sliced pears in the mixture.
4. Line the pears on the pastry and drizzle with 3 tablespoons of the remaining honey mixture from the bowl.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the edges are dark golden brown.
6. Remove the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with walnut pieces before cutting and serving.

This is my favourite ways to roast beets! I just harvested the last of my golden beets and this is a delicious way to enjoy them. SAVE this post for the recipe below!

INGREDIENTS:
4-5 beets, peeled and cut into wedges
1-2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
Garnishes: feta and za’atar seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Pre-heat oven to 400F.
2. Peel & cut beets into wedges. Season with 1-2 tbsp olive oil, pinch salt and pepper.
3. Roast 30-40 minutes, until fork tender.
4. Enjoy topped with crumbled feta and za’atar seasoning.
