This Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie is a delicious breakfast AND healthy snack. Plus it's packed with protein and fibre AND tastes like a cookie!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 2 dates, pitted
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup oats (make this Gluten Free by using certified Gluten Free oats!)
  • 4 ice cubes
  • pinch sea salt

Instructions

  • In a blender add in all of the ingredients and blend on high for 1-2 minutes until everything is well combined. Makes 1 smoothie.
