Ingredients

  • 250-300 g brie cheese (1/2 inch thick slices, about 2 inches length)
  • 16 slices of baguette (sliced into 1/2 inch pieces)
  • Topping ideas: fig jam & walnuts / apricot jam & pecans / cranberry sauce & pistachios
  • Honey to drizzle
  • Fresh rosemary to garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to a low broil.
  • Add the baguette slices to a baking sheet and top each slice of baguette with a slice of brie cheese.
  • Cook on low broil until the brie is melted and edges of baguette are just golden. This will take about 3-5 minutes depending on your oven. **Put the baking sheet on a lower rack in the oven to avoid any burning**
  • Remove the crostini from the oven and top each crostini with a dollop of jam. Sprinkle on the related nut toppings (fig jam & walnuts / apricot jam & pecans / cranberry sauce & pistachios). Place the crostini on a serving tray, drizzle with honey and sprinkle over fresh rosemary to garnish.
