Make this easy Boursin Appetizer in just 5 minutes with just 3 simple ingredients! Boursin cheese, fig jam and pistachios is all you need.

Ingredients
- 2 packages (150 grams / 5.3 oz per package) Garlic & Herb Boursin Cheese
- ½ cup fig jam
- ⅓ cup shelled salted pistachios, roughly chopped
- Optional: hot honey for drizzling
- Serve with crackers of your choice, crostini or apple slices
Instructions
- Optional: Remove the Boursin cheese from the fridge 10-15 minutes before assembling.
- Use the back of the spoon to press / spread the softened Boursin cheese onto a plate, in a low bowl or onto a platter.
- Spread the fig jam over the top of the Boursin cheese.
- Sprinkle the chopped pistachios over top of the fig jam. Optional: Drizzle hot honey over top, a lot or as little as you desire.
- Serve with crackers, crostini or apple slices.
