Wouldn’t you like to have this for dinner?

I was fortunate to be asked by Chefs Plate to try out two of their meals from their meal delivery service.

What is Chefs Plate? They deliver chef-inspired recipes & fresh, perfectly-portioned ingredients right to your door along with easy to follow instructions to make delicious meals.  Yes please!

As much as I love to cook, I am always on the hunt for simple dinners, especially for the busy weeknights when I don’t have a ton of time.

I chose to try the Glazed Turkey Tenderloin and Porcini Mushroom & Parmesan Pasta, both from the 2-person plans (there are also the family plan meals to choose from too!)
Night one we chose to make the Glazed Turkey Tenderloin (pictured above). The ingredients come portioned and ready to start cooking along with an easy to follow recipe (pictured below). From start to finish the recipe was so easy to make & the flavours were spot on! Given a large portion of this meal was vegetables, I was impressed by their freshness too.

For our second meal, we made Porcini Mushroom & Parmesan Pasta – it was oh SO good! I love mushrooms and in this dish the mushroom flavour came through so nicely, plus the fresh pasta was delightful! And again, the recipe was easy to follow.

I KNOW Chefs Plate will be making its way onto our dinner table again!

I just took a look at the menus for the next two weeks and there are some delicious choices to choose from!

Until the next cooking adventure,
Jess
