Ingredients
- 2 oz aperol
- 3 oz prosecco
- 2 oz pomegranate juice
- 1 oz club soda or sparkling water
- For garnish: Orange wedge, fresh rosemary and pomegranate arils
Instructions
- Fill a large wine glass with ice - use full ice cubes or crushed ice, it's really up to you!. Add the aperol and pomegranate juice and stir. Pour the prosecco into the glass and top with club soda.
- Garnish with an orange wedge, a fresh sprig of rosemary and a pomegranate (arils) seeds. Enjoy!
Notes
- If you don’t have prosecco, champagne, cava or sparkling rosé will also do the trick!
- Making a larger batch: want to make a large batch when entertaining guests? Just multiply the recipe by the number of guests and mix all the ingredients together in a pitcher. Then simply pour the finished cocktail into glasses and serve.
