Equipment

  • food processor, hand blender or high speed blender

Ingredients

  • 200 grams softened plain cream cheese (scant 1 cup)
  • 1 cup full fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp pepperoncini brine
  • ¼ cup fresh chopped dill
  • ¼ cup fresh finely chopped green onions (about 3 green onions)
  • 2 tbsp fresh minced chives
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp ground pepper
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup diced pepperoncini peppers, drained of brine and diced
  • Fresh cut vegetables, ruffled chips and/or crackers

Instructions

  • Add the softened cream cheese, plain Greek yogurt, pepperoncini brine, fresh chopped dill, finely sliced green onions, minced chives, garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt and ground pepper to a food processor, hand blender or. high-speed blender. Blend together until well-combined
  • Add the blended mixture to a bowl and stir in the diced pepperoncini peppers.
  • Serve with fresh cut vegetables, ruffled chips and/or crackers.
  • Alternatively, store this dip in the fridge for up to 4 days. Give it a good stir before serving.

Notes

  • If you prefer to make this dip spicier, try a pinch or two of chili flakes (or red pepper flakes).
  • This dip gets better as it sits so make it ahead, store in the fridge and give it a good stir before serving.
  • Enjoy with fresh veggies, chips, tortilla chips, crackers or pita chips.
  • This dip also makes good sauce / spread for tacos, sandwiches or wraps.
