This Blueberry Bliss Smoothie is bright and a delight to start your day!
With wild blueberries, ginger and a hint of maple syrup, it’s one of my favourite post-workout smoothies.
And, it also makes a great snack!
Smoothies have been a favourite of mine for their versatility; there are just so many flavours to choose from!
I’ve always liked blueberries and this smoothie in my mind is a perfect combination; blueberries and maple syrup for a little sweet; then greek yogurt and almond butter for creaminess; and, ginger to give a tartness.
It’s really an ingredient match made in smoothie heaven!
Blueberry Bliss Smoothie
- 1 1/2 cups frozen wild blueberries
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt or your favourite yogurt
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 inch piece of ginger
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 scoop favourite protein power
- Put all ingredients in a blender, blend and enjoy!
