This recipe is from my Mom’s archives and trust me when I say it won’t last long in your house. Filled with rhubarb and topped with brown sugar and cinnamon, it’s absolutely made for sharing!

It's almost the weekend so let's cheers with this Cucumber Mint Sangria! ⁠

Makes 4-6 drinks⁠
⁠
Ingredients:⁠
1/2 english cucumber, sliced⁠
1 lime, sliced⁠
1/3 cup mint leaves⁠
1/2 cup gin⁠
1 1/2 cups sparkling water⁠
1 bottle Sauvingnon Blanc wine⁠
Garnish: extra mint & cucumber slices⁠
⁠
Instructions:⁠
1. To a pitcher add cucumber slices, sliced lime, mint leaves, gin and sparkling water. Using a wooden spoon gently muddle the ingredients a few times and then let sit for 10 minutes.⁠
2. After 10 minutes, add the bottle of wine to the pitcher, stir and then serve over ice.⁠
3. Garnish with more mint leaves & cucumber slices. Cheers & enjoy!⁠
