I can't stop making this Leek & Pancetta Tagliatelle. It's the perfect cozy weeknight meal.

This pasta was inspired by my love for carbonara. It has similar flavours but it's just a tad lighter!

I love starting my day with this versatile and delicious Aloha Breakfast Bowl! Inspired by my trip to Kauai, I became obsessed with a smoothie bowl from a local café so I had to make my own version. Try it for yourself:

Recipe:

Ingredients
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup coconut water (use coconut milk if you'd like a creamier version)
1 tsp agave or honey
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1/2 cup granola
1 cup fruit of your choice (blueberries, strawberries, kiwis and pineapples are my favourite)
toasted coconut flakes

Directions:
Combine the banana, frozen mango, coconut water & agave in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into a bowl and layer yogurt, granola, fruit and toasted coconut flakes.

Dream of Hawaii while enjoying!

I can't get through these Calgary winters without some good soup recipes and this Chicken Noodle Soup is one of my favourites. It's actually my Mom's recipe that she made us when we were kids!

With a hint of dill and tasty egg noodles, the flavour combination in this recipe is wonderfully cozy.

This dairy-free Sweet Potato Kale Flatbread is perfect for a quick lunch, dinner, or appetizer!
