Each new season and month of the year brings new colours, flavours and inspiration. I love to cook by the seasons; be inspired by what’s available in the markets and local stores; and, I have many favourite things I enjoy each season from recipes and kitchen tools to books and quotes, stores and restaurants, and accessories to name a few!
