It's finally Friday and I'm making a huge pan of this Leek and Pancetta Tagliatelle tonight. Probably with a big glass of wine.

Simple ingredients like olive oil, butter, garlic, tagliatelle pasta, white wine and parmesan cheese, makes this a delicious pasta that comes together very easily!

The @botanicahealth Reishi Hot Chocolate mix is one of my favs; just whisk one and a half teaspoons into a cup of warm water, coconut or almond milk. And maybe enjoy with some cookies too 🙂

Made with short-grain brown rice giving this dish the perfect nutty flavour (& some whole grain goodness), a little parmesan makes is creamy and the mushrooms & kale give it a serious veggie hit. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Happy Friday! I can't wait to use one of my favourite @botanicahealth products to make this Quick Turmeric Golden Mylk Granola for the weekend!

Recipe:
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp almond butter
1 1/2 tsp Turmeric Golden Mylk powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cups large flake oats
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/4 cup ground flax seed
1/2 cup coconut flakes
extra cinnamon for topping

Turn a medium frying pan to medium-hight heat. Add the coconut oil, maple syrup, almond butter, Turmeric Golden Mylk powder and cinnamon. Stir to combine and once melted add in the oats, almonds and flaxseed, stirring to combine. Then, stir constantly for 5-7 minutes until oats start to turn golden. Add in the coconut flakes, taste and sprinkle on extra cinnamon if you so desire! Enjoy with your favourite milk or yogurt!
