I’m so ready for all the bright and fresh recipes to make in March!
More colourful produce is starting to make it’s way back to the stores which is lovely to see.
This month you’ll find quick dinner ideas, breakfast recipes and a seasonal dessert.
I love this time of year as we head out of Winter and (hopefully) into the warmer days of Spring ahead.
I’m still cooking one pan meals like this One Pot Boursin Pasta but trying to add in more fresh vegetables as they become available in grocery stores. We enjoyed adding some asparagus to that pasta recipe and it was delicious!
We’ve been enjoying a roast chicken most Sundays for dinner which is a delicious way to meal prep too. We usually make a large batch of roasted vegetables so we can enjoy them with lunch during the week.
And, we’re adding in more salads to our dinner rotation too like my Chopped Citrus Salad recipe and this Spicy Thai Salad from Ambitious Kitchen.
Though we can’t forget we’re getting into carrot season! Whether roasted, shredded for salads or in a dessert, they are one of my favourite versatile vegetables.
So with all that being said, here are more favourite recipes to make in March:
