Have I got a summer cocktail recipe for you; this Strawberry Lemonade Rosé Punch is sure to be your new favourite drink of the summer!

Strawberry Lemonade Rosé Punch | cookinginmygenes.com
There are so many amazing local fruits that grow in the summer and strawberries are one of my favourites! I especially love using summer fruit in cocktails because of their natural sweetness and gorgeous colour.

So let’s cheers to the summer season together with my Strawberry Lemonade Rosé Punch!

The strawberries are mixed together with lemons for a tasty lemonade base. Then, everything is mixed with sparkling water, gin and of course, rosé!

Since rosé started making a comeback a few summers ago I’m always looking for ways to use it in cocktails. I love that you can choose from a variety of flavour profiles from fruitier, berry-forward rosés to more dry rosés based on your taste preference. For me it depends on what I’m pairing the rosé with and this Strawberry Lemonade Rosé Punch you could really use either.

If you want to keep the punch a bit more tarte, use a drier or more balanced rosé. Or, if you want a bit of a sweeter, berry-forward punch, use a fruitier rosé. You can really make this punch to suit your tastes!

I can’t get enough of this combination of flavours – you get the sweetness from the strawberries, a bit of tartness from the lemons and then the rosé brings it all together for the ultimate summer sip!

Thanks for the recipe love Leanne! The colour of the punch makes me all jazzed for summer too! And I think those strawberry ice cubes would look lovely too in a glass of water, I’m all about the ‘fancy water’ as well!

What an absolutely gorgeous drink! So many great features here, but I have to say I particularly love the extra touch that comes with the frozen strawberries. And I love gin cocktails in the summer (well, any time really)!

Mmmm, girl. Strawberries + lemons — I’ve GOT to try this. I always find myself making the same damn sangria when I do make them. AND THOSE ICE CUBES. They are SO ADORABLE.
