So, how do you include these summer toasts at your next brunch?

How do you plan a summer brunch menu

Sweet: Add a baked good to your brunch menu or try the Blueberry Cheesecake Toast. Pickup something from your favourite bakery or try one of my recipes like these Bakery Style Blueberry Muffins or Plum Tarts recipe.

Savoury: Either of the Prosciutto & Melon or Tomato & Basil toasts would be perfect with brunch. Or try something like simple frittata that can be made ahead of time and served at room temperature.

Fresh: I always like to have a fresh, seasonal salad on the table like this Kale & Peach Salad with Feta and Toasted Pepitas or

Serve on a board: My Brunch Board recipe shows you how-to serve an assortment of fruits, vegetables, dips and crostini on a board. Makes for easy serving and easy cleanup!

Add a cocktail: This Citrus Vodka Crush can be made with or without alcohol or try my bright and fresh Minty Cucumber Lime Sangria.
