I love this season especially for all of the beautiful citrus fruits.

From smoothies to salads to one-pan dinners, I’ve got you covered with tons of ideas to enjoy them all!This time of year I like to make more simple recipes, especially after the more-involved meals of the holidays.

For weeknight meals, I like to focus on one-pan or one-pot recipes where the whole dish comes together easily and deliciously of course!
