Using seasonal winter produce, there are delicious recipes to make in February!

From cozy soups, to tacos and a bright citrus smoothie, there’s a variety to choose from.

Plus I’m sharing some of my favourite chocolate treats for Valentine’s Day.

The recipes this time of year are super cozy and easy to make. I LOVE a good soup recipe that comes together easily and is packed with flavour.

I add white beans to my broccoli cheddar and creamy potato soups too which gives them a protein boost!

They’re also great when paired with my Cheddar and Gruyere Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Honey. The grilled cheese is also a great appetizer; you might be thinking, how?! Make a few grilled cheese sandwiches and then cut them lengthwise into strips, that’s it.
